岗位职责： - Responsible for new project quality management; - 负责新项目质量管理； - Conduct QG review as coordinator and team member according to PEP procedure; - 根据PEP流程，作为协调员和小组成员参与项目各节点质量门QG的评估； - Follow up quality issues in development; - 负责产品开发阶段质量问题的跟踪； - 0 series audit and release and issue process audit report for production release; - 进行零批的审核和放行，出具生产放行审核报告； - Clear understand PPAP submission requirement and arrange the ISIR sample inspection. Collect required PPAP documents and submit to customer. Forward the PSW release status to team; - 清晰理解PPAP（生产件批准程序）的提交要求,安排ISIR（初次样品检查报告）样品检测，收集检查和提交客户要求的PPAP文件， 并告知团队产品提交保证书的客户批准状态； - Responsible for product release control to SOP management; - 负责产品放行到量产状态的管理； - Coordinate customer audit triggered by process change after SOP; - 组织批量生产后由于过程变更引起的客户审核； - In time communicate either internally and with customer to fix the audit date, understand the audit purpose and audit scope, which are acceptable by both side; - 与客户（或内部）进行沟通，确定审核日期、理解审核目的和审核范围，并确保双方均能接受； - Responsible for plant quality management; - 负责工厂内部质量管理； - Processing quality issue and other tasks assigned by supervisor; - 处理内部质量的相关议题以及主管分配的其他工作； 任职要求： - Bachelor or diploma in mechanic, electrical, automotive area; - 机械、电子或汽车专业本科以上； - Two years working experience; - 两年以上工作经验； - Work well with MS office; - 熟练操作MS office； - Good command of English. - 英语流利。 职能类别：质量管理/测试工程师(QA/QC工程师)
